Recently, our team was asked a question: “Мені 33 ніколи не служив по состояні здоров'я ст.86б і 75 непридатний у мирний час,той год должні були визвати пройти комісію щоб видати воений білет,бо був вкладиш,но невизвали,а щас послали пройти комісію,я пройшов мені написали ст.86,75 придатний у воений час тому що щас уведений воений стан, приніс у военкомат,там сказали видамо білет всегда придатний, военкомат должен написати мені статті у военому білеті шо непридатний у мирний час, допоможіть розібратись,бо я в цему нерозбираюсь.”

18.04.2022 11:11:43 Військовослужбовці, визнані обмежено придатними до військової служби, придатні до служби у частинах (підрозділах) забезпечення, військових комісаріатах, установах, організаціях, навчальних закладах. З метою медичної та соціальної реабілітації зазначені особи можуть бути переоглянуті госпітальними (гарнізонними) ВЛК ВМКЦ, але не раніше ніж через 3 роки після прийняття постанови про обмежену придатність до військової служби. Таким чином, ВЛК при прийнятті відповідного рішення повинна вказати в ньому види служби та роботи, які протипоказані конкретному військовослужбовцю, аби було зрозуміло в чому полягає обмежена придатність. Згідно з п. 3.1 та 3.2. розділу 3 Положення про ВЛЕ в Збройних Силах України, який передбачає порядок медичного огляду військовозобов'язаних у мирний час та під час мобілізації, на особливий період, медичний огляд військовозобов'язаних проводиться за рішенням військового комісара ВЛК військових комісаріатів. 22.04.2022 18:11:28 По Вашій хворобі по ст.75 має бути літера а б в г (по ст.86 літер немає), та по наказу МОУ 14.08.2008 №402 https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z1109-08#top визначається в залежності від літери хвороби непридатність до військ.служби з виключенням з військ.обліку чи обмежена придатність, це встановлюєься висновком ВЛК (військово-лікарської комісії). Якщо висновок ВЛК необєктивний, зверніться в громадський лікувальний заклад для визначення стану здоровя, отримайте документ. Тому, з наданої інформації важко оцінити, чи порушив щось військомат, можливо все правильно. Якщо вважаєте, що воєнкомат порушив Ваші права, спробуйте подати скаргу в усній формі за гар.лінією МОУ: 0-800-500-410, 0-800-500-442, 044-454 -44-99 (треба назвати ПІБ, дані військомату, описати ситуацію).
