Recently, our team was asked a question: “Доброго дня. Якщо здійснюється торгівля квітами(букети) через інстаграм, і потрібно відкрити фоп. Який квед потрібно обрати ? Чи может Фоп на 1 групі здійснювати таку торгівлю і які тоді будуть виникати податки? Які податки виникають у фона на 2 та 3 групі? Яку групу оподаткування краще обрати для торгівлі квітами через інстаграм?”

01.03.2021 12:09:44 Вам ідеально підійде КВЕД №47.91 - Роздрібна торгівля, що здійснюється фірмами поштового замовлення або через мережу Інтернет. Також рекомендую зареєструвати додатковий КВЕД: №47.76 - Роздрібна торгівля квітами, рослинами, насінням, добривами, домашніми тваринами та кормами для них у спеціалізованих магазинах. Не виключено, що в майбутньому ви вирішите відкрити офлайн-магазин, і тоді не буде потрібно витрачати час на реєстрацію необхідного виду КВЕД. ФОП на 1 групі вам не підійде, тому що за цією категорією продаж товарів здійснюється виключно на ринках. Реєструйтесь на 2 групу, це - можливість продавати товари та надавати послуги населенню будь-яким чином (у тому числі через інтернет), можливість наймати працівників (не більше 10 осіб одночасно), річний дохід не більше 5 004 000 грн. Ставка податку на 2 групі - 1200 гривень щомісячно (20% від мінімальної заробітної плати, яка зараз становить 6000 грн). Обов'язкове застосування РРО для ФОП 2 групи відкладено до 1 січня 2022 р.

01.03.2021 22:36:10 Доброго вечора! Така діяльність охоплюють я кодом КВЕД 47.76 - роздрібна торгівля квітами, рослинами, насінням, добривами. Ще оберіть 47.19 та 47.99. ФОП на першій групі може здійснювати таку діяльність, головне щоб без найнятих працівників та з оборотом до 1 мільйона гривень) та відбувалася саме роздрібна торгівля в магазині. Основна ставка податку на 1 групі - 227 грн, (єдиний податок) та єдиний соціальний внесок 1320 грн. (для пенсії в подальшому)) звіт (декларація) подається до фіноргану раз на рік- до 1 березня за минулий (звітний) рік. податки сплачуються до 20 числа поточного місяця або авансовим внеском за весь звітний період. Щодо ФОП-ів на 2-й групі - кількість працівників до 10, дохід до 5 міл.грн., податки - єдиний податок 1200 грн плюс єсв; 3–тя група - єсв плюс 5 або 3 відсотки від доходу та ще ПДВ. Є ще загальна система оподаткування - 18 відсотків ПДФО та 1,5 відсотків військовий збір від чистого доходу та ЄСВ. 1 не підходить, обирайте або загальну або спрощену систему
