23.06.2023 12:47:50 Закон України «Про організацію трудових відносин в умовах воєнного стану» передбачає, що у період дії воєнного стану надання працівнику щорічної основної відпустки за рішенням роботодавця може бути обмежено тривалістю 24 календарні дні за поточний робочий рік.
25.06.2023 19:45:16 Питання не доречне . Якщо ви прийшли на роботу по ст. 24КЗпП то маєте 100% 24каленжарні дні. Якщо у підприємства є колективний договір то + 3-10календарних днів додатково. Кожен працівник має право отримати 15 календарних днів безоплатної відпустки. якщо є 2е дітей до 15 років +10днів додаткових. Потрібно розуміти в якому ви статусі , щоб конкретно сказати , що можна отримати.
