Recently, our team was asked a question: “По наказу президента должны давать відпустку всім військовим, чи можуть відмовити у відпустці та чи законно?”

24.03.2023 12:32:57 Президент не має права видавати накази. Верховна рада прийняла закон про відпустки військовослужбовців, згідно якого військовослужбовцям можуть надаватися частина щорічної основної відпустки, а також відпустка за сімейними обставинами та з інших поважних причин до 10 днів із збереженням грошового забезпечення. Умовою є одночасна відсутність не більше 30%. При цьому, як і все, що приймає нова влада, цей закон є популістським, оскільки не встановлює ніякого обов'язку надавати таку відпустки. Він лише дозволяє це робити.
24.03.2023 12:37:14 Можуть відмовити, якщо ви не прослужили хоча б півроку та за умови що відсутніми є 30 % особового складу.
24.03.2023 20:51:35 Добрый вечер если вам оказывают в отпуске для этого должна быть веская причина. Первый год службы даётса отпуск 24 календарных дня. И отказать в отпуске не имеют права.
