Recently, our team was asked a question: “Доброго дня. Після обстрілу на мою машину впало дерево, але не одразу, протягом дня, маю КАСКО, але страхова відмовила у зв‘язку з військовими діями, чи є варіант посудитись?”

Уважно прочитайте страховий договір, там зазначені страхові випадки, які не відшкодовуються СК.

По факту треба доводити ймовірно те, що дерево впало не внаслідок обстрілу, а в наслідок того що воно було аварійне. Це питання пропрацьовується з жеком. Вам потрібен грамотний і адекватний адвокат, який іде до заданої мети законними шляхами
