16.11.2022 21:52:50 Одним із документів, які подаються до органу місцевого самоврядування для проведення обстеження пошкодженого майна є - інформація (інформаційну довідку або копію витягу) з Державного реєстру речових прав на нерухоме майно або нотаріально завірені копії документів, що підтверджують наявність права власності у заявника на житло на момент подання заяви про проведення обстеження житла та виплату грошової компенсації. Тобто документи на житло мусять бути. Крім того, постраждалими визнаються громадяни України, іноземці та особи без громадянства, житлові будинки (квартири) (далі - житло) яких пошкоджено/зруйновано внаслідок надзвичайної ситуації, або проведення робіт з ліквідації її наслідків (далі - постраждалі). 17.11.2022 12:07:57 Доброго дня.Слід зауважити, що в Україні досі немає закону, який би визначав, як саме і в якому розмірі відшкодовуватимуть пошкоджене та зруйноване житло громадянам. Відповідний законопроект «Про компенсацію за пошкодження та знищення окремих категорій об’єктів нерухомого майна внаслідок бойових дій, терористичних актів, диверсій, спричинених військовою агресією Російської Федерації» було ухвалено у першому читанні 1 квітня.
