Recently, our team was asked a question: “Мама має інвалідність І групи, я з нею живу. В ТЦК сказали, що догляд можуть оформити на іншу людину з родини, і відстрочку мені не дадуть. Як довести, що я реально доглядаю за нею щодня?”
We wanna share the answer from our specialists:
30.08.2025 22:41:25 Вітаю. По перше Ви маєте право на відстрочку по п. 9 або п. 13 ст. 23 ЗУ "Про мобілізацію..". Якщо брати п. 9, то щоб отримати відстрочку - Ваша мама повинна мати потребу в догляді і це або зазначається в довідці про інвалідність або ж у висновку ЛКК та офіційно Ви повинні оформити за нею догляд через ЦНАП і доводити наявність чи відсутність інших родичів не потрібно. По п. 13 - дещо інша ситуація - наявність інших родичів може бути перешкодою. Потрібно аналізувати Ваші документи.
