25.10.2024 21:20:01 Вітаю Вас! Так, Ви можете через суд оформити опінство на себе. Це дає право на відстрочку за пунктом 10 частини 1 статті 23 ЗУ "Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію". Проте, можна зробити простіше та оформити відстрочку за пунктом 13 - якщо у батька крім його матері та Вас немає інших родичів.
