Для отримання відстрочки для сина материнська заява про вибор одного сина може бути написана та завірена нотаріально в добровольному порядку. Крім цього, можуть знадобитися документи, що підтверджують інвалідність матері, документи про смерть батька та службовий статус брата, а також інша документація щодо решти членів родини. Найкраще проконсультуватися з медичною або соціальною службою щодо всього необхідного для отримання визначеної послуги.
