Відповідно до ст. 23 Закону "Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію", не підлягають призову по мобілізації військовозобов'язані які мають дружину/чоловіка з інвалідністю. Таким чином, сам факт наявності у Вас інвалідності надає право чоловікові на звільнення від мобілізації

27.01.2023 20:53:18 Звичайно, Ваш чоловік має право на відстрочку. Підстава - наявність у чоловіка дружини з інвалідністю 3 групи. Звичайно, бажано проанаілзувати Ваші документи, але в цілому право на відстрочку у нього є. Вітаю. Треба зібрати такий пакет документів: 1. Заява про надання відстрочки (довільна форма); 2. Паспорти обох (нотаріальні копії); 3. Свідоцтво про шлюб (нотаріальна копія); 4. Документ про інвалідність дружини (нотаріальна копія); 5. Військово-обліковий документ сина (нотаріальна копія). Ці документи готуються та реєструються в ТЦК. Успіхів Вам.
