20.08.2022 09:04:53 Верховна Рада України сьогодні, 14 квітня, прийняла Закон про внесення змін до статті 23 Закону України «Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію» https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/3543-12#Text щодо відстрочки від призову на військову службу під час мобілізації деяких категорій громадян. Законом розширено перелік осіб, які не підлягають призову на військову службу під час мобілізації, зокрема доповнено його такими категоріями громадян, як учні і викладачі закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Згідно з документом, відстрочку отримають студенти ПТУ, які навчаються на денній чи дуальній формі освіти. Викладачі отримують відстрочку, якщо вони працюють у відповідній установі як на основному місці роботи, та не менше ніж на 0,75 ставки.
20.08.2022 09:35:28 Стаття 23 Закону України "Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію" передбачає, що здобувачі фахової вищої та передвищої освіти не підлягають мобілізації на період навчання. Це означає, що студент навчального закладу має право отримати відстрочку від мобілізації. Для отримання відстрочки необхідно узяти у коледжі довідку про зарахування на навчання, з цією довідку пійти у воєнкомат та отримати відстрочку.
