Відстрочка від мобілізації надається лише у випадку, коли: -жінки та чоловіки, які самостійно виховують дитину (дітей) віком до 18 років; -жінки та чоловіки, на утриманні яких перебувають троє і більше дітей віком до 18 років; Виховання неповнолітньої дитини, коли матір не позбавлена батьківських прав не дає можливості Вам отримати відстрочку
27.01.2023 20:43:12 Наявність лише однієї неповнолітньої дитини підставою для відстрочки від мобілізації на даний момент не є. Потрібно мати 3 і більше дітей віком до 18 років на утриманні чоловіка, аби отримати відстрочку. Раджу проаналізувати інші підстави або замовити замовити послугу "Правовий висновок", аби достеменно розуміти, що і як потрібно робити.
