Recently, our team was asked a question: “Добрий день. У чоловіка 3 група інвалідності, внаслідок захисту Батьківщини. Був в тцк 2022р, мав відстрочку, термін вже вийшов. Група до 01.09.2025. Зараз за кордоном, повертаємось 28.07., як бути на блокпостах? На руках військ квиток без кода(тоді його ще не присвоювали), довідка мсек, пенсійне. Чи можуть примусово мобіл./забрати по дорозі будь-яке тцк?коли краще оновити дані в резерв+?по приїзду з документами в тцк?”

Рекомендую вам звернутися до військово-комісаріату або консульської служби для отримання конкретної інформації про правила перетину кордону для осіб з інвалідністю та учасниками бойових дій. Також, я раджу вам оновити дані у резерв+ після приїзду, пред'явивши всі необхідні документи, так як це може сприяти уникненню будь-яких непорозумінь та проблем при перетині блокпоста. Необхідно також мати при собі всю необхідну документацію, яка підтверджує ваш статус та право на використання певних пільг чи послуг. Будьте обережними та бажаю вам безпечного повернення додому!

14.06.2024 13:31:02 доброго дня! у Вас є час до 16.07.2024 року оновити дані, а можете і попросити юриста надіслати йому всі свої наявні документи для необхідності підготовити юристом пакет документів для ТЦК,і таким чином направити рекомендованим листом власноруч написану заяву із доданими документами .
