02.03.2024 07:36:09 Доброго дня! Відповідно до законодавства, усиновлення дитини не є підставою для відстрочки від мобілізації. Також, усиновлення може бути здійснено лише одним подружжям, тому якщо ваш чоловік хоче усиновити хлопчика, то це буде на його ім'я. Якщо ви розглядаєте можливість отримання відстрочки від мобілізації через усиновлення, то краще звернутися до військового комісаріату або юриста для отримання конкретної інформації та порад.
02.03.2024 13:35:34 Доброго дня! Ні в такому випадку право на відстрочку Ваш чоловік не матиме, підставою є наявність на утриманні 3-х неповнолітніх дітей! Одна дитина вирішити Вам питання не допоможе
