Право на відстрочку, виходячи із статті 23 Закону України "Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію", мають всі 3 синів. В законодавстві не передбачено, що право на відстрочку має тільки один із синів. Успіхів.

04.02.2023 21:49:37 Не має обмеження щодо того скільки синів може скористатися відстрочкою. Можуть всі. Право на відстрочку звучить як "наявність батьків 1, 2 групи інвалідності". ЯК скористатися - потрібно написати заяву в ТЦК про надання відстрочки з додаванням документів - вашого свідоцтва про народження, докази маминою інвалідності.
