Сказати точно, яке рішення прийме ВЛК, юристи не можуть і не мають такого права, адже рішення про придатність або непридатність особи приймається виключно військово-лікарською комісією, яка у своїй діяльності керується Положенням про військово-лікарську експертизу у Збройних Силах України, затвердженого наказом Міністра оборони України від 14.08.2008 № 402. Але тим не менше, на основі аналізу наказу Міністра оборони № 402 можна мати певне уявлення про той висновок, яки повинна зазначити ВЛК. Звертайтесь.
10.12.2022 19:38:37 У разі отримання повістки, вам необхідно з'явитися до військомату, буде медична комісія, за її висновком буде вирішено: придатний ви до військової служби чи частково придатний, чи не придатний взагалі. До військомату візьміть всі лікарські обстеження, висновки, епікризи та таке інше.
