Всиновлення необов'язкове. Але варто розуміти, де біологічний батько, та чи сплачує аліменти на утримання дітей. Якщо біологічний батько має заборгованність по сплаті аліментів, то для Вашого нареченого необхідно буде додатково оформити довідку про утримання дітей. Звільнитись можливо на підставі ПП г) п2 ч 4 ст 26 ЗУ Про військовий оьов'язок та військову службу
