28.10.2023 02:05:45 Добрий день. Нажаль, посвідчення може отримати лише військовослужбовець. Подавати до суду з позовом щодо надання Вам даних документів, так як син не встиг отримати, а статус УБД отримав при житті

Рекомендуємо замовити послугу з написання адвокатського запиту на військову частину для отримання інформації про підстави не повернення особистих речей та документів військовослужбовця у разі його загибелі та запросити таке повернення за вашою адресою від них. У разі ігнорування ящко довідка УБД зникла, то її відновлення неможливе, так як цим може займатися виключно військовослужбовець.
