12.08.2022 14:50:38 Вихід з громадянства – це процедура добровільного волевиявлення громадянина, спрямована на втрату політико-юридичної зв’язки з країною. Вихід з громадянства України допускається за таких обставин: Особа набула громадянства іншої держави або отримала документ, виданий уповноваженими органами іншої держави, про те , що громадянин України набуде її громадянства, якщо вийде з громадянства України. Громадянин України, який постійно проживає на території України або за кордоном, може вийти з громадянства України за його клопотанням. Крім того, за клопотанням одного з батьків разом із батьками з громадянства може вийти і дитина. Якщо дитина усиновлена, то за клопотанням одного з усиновителів дитини може вийти з громадянства України. Пункт 78 Порядку, затвердженого указом №215 https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/215/2001#Text, визначає, які документи потрібно для відмови від громадянства України.
