Recently, our team was asked a question: “Переїхала в інше місто, подала 3 місяці тому через Дію заяву на оформлення ВПО. В Дію довідка підтягнулася, але виплат досі не було. Написано що "заявка в обробці". Варто чекати виплату чи потрібно звертатися особисто у відповідну інстанцію?”

26.01.2023 22:14:43 Вітаю. Я б радив звернутись особисто. Виплати вже давно мали бути. Однозначно звертайтесь особисто та дізнавайтесь щодо виплати.
26.01.2023 23:51:40 Внутрішньо переміщені особи (ВПО), які подавали заяви через Дію до 30 квітня 2022 року, але не отримали допомогу, зможуть додаткового звернутися із заявою до органу соцзахисту населення та отримати виплату. Для отримання допомоги необхідно: Прийти до органу соцзахисту населення та написати заяву. Додатково подати інформацію, збережену на носіях, що підтверджує факт подання заяви через застосунок Дія.
27.01.2023 16:47:25 Для уточнення Вашого питання, щодо виплат щомісячної допомоги передбаченої для Внутрішньо переміщених осіб, Вам потрібно звернутись у відділення соціального захисту, відповідно до місця фактичного проживання у порядку живої черги або звернутися до Міністерства соціальної політики України.
