Мій брат рахується зниклим безвісті вже близько 5 місяців. Займались його пошуком писали заяви в різні органи. Ген штаб.Поліцію.ДБР.ВСП.В/Ч і т д.
Все безуспішно.
Мама після того як він пропав
Отримала всі його речі.
Пішла до тцк і відкрила рахунок. Має виплати по 100тис грн + 30тис ЗП на свій рахунок.
Проте питання наступне. У брата була Н-сума коштів на карті. Він її збирав на весілля. Скажіть її якось можливо об налічити? Зняти? Перерахувати на рахунок мами?”

22.04.2024 19:00:07 Доброго дня. Спочатку вам потрібно звернутися до банку, де був відкритий рахунок вашого брата, і повідомити їм про ситуацію з його зникненням. Банк може надати вам інформацію про наявність коштів на карті та процедуру їх перерахування або зняття. Також можливо потрібно буде надати документи, які підтверджують ваше право на доступ до цих коштів (наприклад, посвідчення смерти або оголошення особи безвісті). Найкраще звернутися до банку для отримання конкретної інструкції.
