Для виїзду за кордон, вони повині бути звільнені від мобілізації на підставі ч.1 ст.23 ЗУ "Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію". Якщо ж вони не мають підстав для звільнення, необхідно здійснити бронювання працівників, якщо їх діяльність направлена на задоволення потреб ЗСУ, військових формувань та або населення, однак навіть в такому випадку виїхати можливо тільки у відрядження на певний термін.
