Recently, our team was asked a question: “Я дізнався що у військових по мобілізації зарплата 2700 з чимось грн, а решта все премії. Наразі оформлюю собі інвалідність. Тобто нарахування мені йтимуть з моєї військової зарплати. Тобто питання в тому чи мені краще оформити інвалідність як звільненому у відставку солдату чи вже вдаштувавшись на роботу з моєї офіційної зарплати, яка становитиме близько 20 тис.?”

Пенсії обчислюються у відсотках від розміру грошового забезпечення, враховуючи відповідні оклади за посадою, військовим (спеціальним) званням, процентну надбавку за вислугу років, щомісячні додаткові види грошового забезпечення (надбавки, доплати, підвищення) та премії у розмірах, установлених законодавством - ст. 43 Закону України „Про пенсійне забезпечення осіб, звільнених з військової служби, та деяких інших осібˮ від 09.04.1992 № 2262-ХІІ.
