Recently, our team was asked a question: “Добрий день! Чи можу я виїхати з сином, який є інвалідом з дитинства діабет I типу(інсулінозалежний), зараз 3 група інвалідності має 22 роки? Згідно постанови 383 КМУ від 26.03.2022 року передбачено перетин кордону у супроводі дружини/ чоловіка (за наявності документів, що підтверджують родинні зв'язки та інвалідність). Я маю тимчасове посвідчення про взяття на військовий облік по ст.18 ЗУ "Про ЗВО і ВС". Дякую!”

05.08.2022 10:44:13 Щодо постанови інваліди 3-ї групи можуть перетинати кордон у супроводі дружини/ чоловіка, інваліди 1або 2 групи - у супроводі одного або обох батьків, на утриманні яких перебуває така особа з інвалідністю, а також особою з інвалідністю I чи II групи або іншою особою, яка потребує постійного догляду. Для цього портрібно оформити висновк медико-соціальної експертної комісії чи лікарсько-консультативної комісії закладу охорони здоров’я, що син потребує постійного догляду, а потім через органи органи опіки та піклування оформити таке опікунство. Та при наявності офрмленного опікунства згідно ст 23 ЗУ "Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію" Ви маєте право на відстрочку від мобілізації. Після чого звідповідними документами має право перетнути кордон
