На жаль, але щось зробити складно. Спробуйте виїхати на іншому пункті перетину та з'ясувати, в чому саме проблема. Такі відмови пов'язані з тим, що дуже багато волонтерів просто не повернулись до України. Тому відмова Вам незаконно можливо, але якось це оскаржити складно.
