20.06.2022 08:50:14 Доброго ранку. Придатний Ви до служби чи ні, буде вирішувати ВЛК, без зняття Вас з обліку або без відстрочки від військової служби, нікуди Вас не випустять. Дякую.
20.06.2022 10:31:31 Сходіть до приватного лікаря, отримайте мед.документ про травму, якщо будуть підстави, нехай пропише діагноз щодо розкладу хвороб за наказом МОУ 14.08.2008 №402 https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z1109-08# top, щоб була назва по статті хвороби «75а» – дефект кісток склепіння черепа (це непридатність за розкладом хвороб). Якщо ВЛК (комісія при військкоматі) буде згодна з таким діагнозом, то Вас визнанають «непридатними до ЗС за станом здоров'я з виключ.з військ.обліку». Те, про що кажете Ви, це відстрочка за станом здоров'я, це тимчасовий характер, означає, що через час Ви одужаєте, і Вас можна мобілізувати після повторного огляду ВЛК (видається висновок ВЛК про тимчасову непридатність до військ. служби за станом здоров'я на термін до 6 місяців)
20.06.2022 11:19:35 Наявність діагнозу ВЧМТ не є документом що дозволяє перетнути кордон чоловіку у віці 18-60 років під час військового стану перетин кордону здійснюється відповідно до Правил перетинання державного кордону громадянами України, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.01.1995 № 57 Можете якщо у Вас на руках посвідчення про відстрочку, або акт про непридатність до військової служби З метою здійснення заходів правового режиму воєнного стану обмежено виїзд з України громадян України чоловічої статі віком від 18 до 60 років. 26.06.2022 11:58:51 Доброго дня. Якщо пройдете ВЛК і за її висновком Вам нададуть відстрочку від мобілізації за станом здоров'я - зможете з відповідною відміткою у військовому квитку виїхати за кордон.
