12.08.2022 14:48:39 Виїзжджати за кордон чоловікам з інвалідністю можна на підставі Правил перетинання державного кордону громадянами України, затверджені постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 27 січня 1995 року № 57 п 2-1. Визанчає, що у разі введення на території України надзвичайного або воєнного стану особи з інвалідністю мають право перетинати державний кордон за наявності довідки до акта огляду медико-соціальною експертною комісією (форма первинної облікової документації N 157-1/о) ( z1509-12 ) або посвідчення, яке підтверджує відповідний статус, пенсійного посвідчення чи посвідчення, що підтверджує призначення соціальної допомоги. Якщо перебуваєте на військовому обліку, додатково можете згідно ст 23 ЗУ " Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію" взяти відстрочку або за станом здоров'я знятись з обліку.
