31.07.2022 22:11:46 Наявність штифта в руці не є підставою для звільнення від мобілізації і не дозволяє виїхати за кордон. Якщо внаслідок встановлення штифту чоловік отримав інвалідність, тоді він може виїхати закордон.
31.07.2022 23:43:08 Визнання придатним до військової служби здійснюється лише ВЛК, за резульатами ВЛК можуть визнати обмежено придатним чи непридатним до служби зі зняттям з військового обліку. Слід звертатись до центру комплектування (воєнкомат). В разі питань, звертайтесь на пошту або іншим зручним способом, надам більш детальну консультацію
01.08.2022 12:17:47 Доброго дня. Вашу придатність до служби має право вирішувати лише ВЛК. Виїхати Ви маєте право, якщо Вас знімуть з обліку. Є категорії осіб, котрим дозволено виїзджати це: інваліди, батьки двох та більше дітей до 18 років, студенти іноземних ВУЗІВ, супроводжуючі родичів інвалідів, водії, що перевозять гуманітарний груз та ... Якщо Ви до цих категорій не відноситесь, тоді Вас не випустять.
01.08.2022 13:44:00 Питання його мобілізації визначає його вік та придатність до військової служби. Тобто якщо ВЛК (військово-лікарської комісії) визнає його придатним до служби у військовий час він у віці 18-60 років, то він військовозобов'язаний та відповідно може бути мобілізований. Для перетину кордону необхідно мати відповідні документи, або бути визнаним встановленим порядком непридатними до військової служби за станом здоров’я з виключенням з військового обліку. 05.08.2022 21:55:52 Дозволяється виїзд за межі України за умови наявності підтверджуючих документів: Згідно абз. 3 ч. 1 ст. 23 Закону України «Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію» не підлягають призову на військову службу під час мобілізації військовозобов’язані, визнані в установленому порядку особами з інвалідністю або відповідно до висновку військово-лікарської комісії тимчасово непридатними до військової служби за станом здоров’я на термін до шести місяців (з наступним проходженням військово-лікарської комісії)
