07.08.2024 15:49:10 Вітаю Вас! На даний час, в 16 років у Вас не повинно виникнути проблем з виїздом за межі України. Згідно законодавства України, а саме статті 313 Цивільного кодексу громадяни України після досягнення 16 років мають право на вільний самостійний виїзд за межі України. Але в різних країнах законодавство відрізняється і це може зумовлювати певні обмеження. До прикладу, якщо діти віком 16-18 років приїхали до Польщі без батьків чи законних опікунів, вони вважатимуться там дітьми без нагляду. За польськими законодавчими нормами, їх можуть помістити у заклади для тимчасового перебування, поки їх не заберуть законні представники – батько, мати або інша людина, яка уповноважена ними нотаріально. Якщо Вас буде супроводжувати повнолітня особа - до Вас буде менше питань зі сторони іноземних прикордонників. Можливо, вони врахують Ваш вік та нададуть можливість подорожувати без супроводу батьків, але це вже більше як лотерея. З повагою, юрист Дерій В.О.!
