27.01.2023 01:46:46 У разі введення на території України воєнного стану громадяни України чоловічої статі віком від 18 до 60 років мають право перетинати державний кордон України, якщо вони прямують для роботи на морських суднах, суднах внутрішнього плавання у складі екіпажів таких суден або для проходження практичної підготовки на суднах. 2) особи, які прямують для роботи на суднах у складі екіпажів суден, що здійснюють рейси до/з морських портів України, та які здобули відповідну освіту та кваліфікацію до 24 лютого 2022 р., і випускники закладів освіти, які завершили навчання у період воєнного стану: посвідчення особи моряка; суднову роль (список осіб суднового екіпажу) (crew list); підтвердження від Адміністрації судноплавства про отримання копій освітніх і кваліфікаційних документів;
