Моя мати має 2 групу інвалідності, вона зараз знаходиться в Німеччині мені потрібно її відвідати але я не знаю чи зможу я перетнути кордон без неї? Якщо вона сфотографує мені свої документи, чи буде цього достатньо щоб надати на кордоні? Я не маю військового квитка, тільки приписне в донецькій області яку я покинув у 2015 році. І чи маю я відтермінування від призову ?”

Для початку дам короткі відповіді на питання, які ви поставили, а далі як ви можете законно перетнути кордон. 1) Так ви зможете перетнути кордон без неї, але іншим способом. Для цього варто розуміти чи придатний ви до служби, скільки вам років, чи навчаєтесь у ВНЗ та інші уточнюючі питання. Фотографії документів не є підставою для виїзду. Чи маєте ви відстрочку від призову та чи можете отримати дозвіл на виїзд потрібно уточнювати індивідуально. Плавно переходимо до відповіді: хто з представників чоловічої статті може на законних підставах перетинати кордон України. По-перше, це ті чоловіки, які не підпадають мобілізації. Відповідно до статті 23 ЗУ «Про мобілізацію та мобілізаційну підготовку» не підлягають призову на військову службу під час мобілізації військовозобов’язані: заброньовані на період мобілізації та на воєнний час за органами державної влади, іншими державними органами, органами місцевого самоврядування - почитайте цей закон, так як кількість символів обмежена

07.07.2022 15:42:47 Доброго дня. Згідно з законом Ви маєте право виїхати за кордон разом з мамою, як супроводжуюча особа інваліда і то лише один раз. Без квитка Вас не випустять, походу до військомату не минувати, але там треба напологати на відстрочці, так, як у Вас член сім'ї - інвалід. Дякую.
