Так, Ви маєте право на відстрочку від мобілізації на підставі абз.11 ч.1 ст.23 ЗУ "Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію", тому маєте право перетинати державний кордон України на виїзд. Для цього з документами, які підтверджують інвалідність дружини та свідоцтвом про шлюб Вам необхідно звернутися до центру комплектування (військомату) за місцем реєстрації і отримати документ про надання відстрочки з вищевказаних підстав.
