Recently, our team was asked a question: “чоловік, 28 р., маю Тимчасове посвід. військовозобов‘язаного. Війс.-обл. спец. 901 074 А. Кат.ІІ. За станом здоров’я неприд. до в/служби в м/час, обмежено придатний у в/час на підставі ст. 53В гр. І згідно наказу МОУ №402-2008р.
Виіхати за кордон за цим обмеженням я не можу, вірно?
І ще якщо я був би заброньований на період воєнного часу за місцем роботи і якби мені було надано відрядження по робочим питанням, я зміг би виїхати?
Підтвердження відрядження потрібно тільки від місця роботи?”

Якщо у Вас наявна бронь, то перетнути кордон ви можете, щодо відрядження за кордон, то необхідно посвідчення про відрядження або надання відпустки. До того ж роз'яснення ДПС щодо відрядження зазначає, Працівники органів військового управління (органів управління), військових частин (підрозділів), підприємств, установ та організацій МОУ, ЗСУ, Державної служби спеціального зв’язку та захисту інформації України, СБУ, Служби зовнішньої розвідки України, Національної гвардії України, Державної прикордонної служби України, Нацполіції України, податкової міліції, НАБУ ДБР, Державної виконавчої служби України, Управління державної охорони України. Документи: про службове відрядження або надання відпустки.
