Дозволяється виїзд за межі України за умови наявності підтверджуючих документів: Згідно абз. 3 ч. 1 ст. 23 Закон України «Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію» не підлягають призову на військову службу під час мобілізації військовозобов’язані, визнані в установленому порядку особами з інвалідністю або відповідно до висновку військово-лікарської комісії тимчасово непридатними до військової служби за станом здоров’я на термін до шести місяців (з наступним проходженням військово-лікарської комісії).
