Звернутися до поліції. Зателефонувати до банку та заблокувати викрадену та звернутися до банку та виготовити нову. Також можливий варіант звернутися до іншого більш лояльного банку та отримати нову картку та написати лист на старий банк про перерахування коштів на залишку на реквізити нового рахунку у новому банку.
