01.12.2022 11:04:52 Вітаю. Ви маєте право оскаржити ВЛК до Центральної ВЛК через незгоду з її рішенням, або оскаржити в суді у випадку порушення процедури проходження ВЛК
01.12.2022 12:56:56 Доброго дня. Ви маєте право оскаржити рішення ВЛК. Для перегляду рішення Вам необхідно подати до ВЛК вищого рівня або ЦВЛК заяву про перегляд оскаржуваної постанови ВЛК нижчого рівня та додати до заяви всі наявні документи, видані військово-лікарською комісією, рішення якої переглядається. Також в заяві необхідно вказати причини ініціювання перегляду. Або ж оскаржувати рішення ВЛК у судовому порядку. Дякую.
