10.11.2022 13:04:47 В даному випадку подайте рапорт про направлення Вас на ВЛК відповідно до Наказу МО № 402- 2008 р з метою визначення придатності до служби або надання відпустки/реабілітації за станом здоров'я. До рапорту долучіть наявні медичні виписки та довідки. В рапорті вкажіть, що через стан здоров'я не можете в повній мірі виконувати свої військові обов'язки
10.11.2022 13:10:05 Доброго дня. Скарга до ВСП, до Міноборони і телефонний дзвінок на гарячу лінію Міноборони, і тоді всі проблеми вирішаться. Або можна укласти договір про надання правової допомоги із адвокатом щоб він звернувся до вашого командування із адвокатським запитом щодо причин не розгляду рапорту і ненадання належної відпустки, це також дієвий спосіб.
