Я українець який почав виготовлення документі для постійного місця проживання в Німетчині до початку воєнних дій. Маю прописку, мед. страховку, та погоджену візу на возєднання сім’ї від німецького консульства. Прикордонники не випускають з країни, бо ці документи не доводять, що я до війни почав оформлення документів на ПМЖ в іншу країну. Як я можу виїхати з країни? Як довести, що я проживав в Німетчині і виготовляв документи? Допоможіть”

15.04.2022 15:07:24 Перетнути державний кордон на виїзд з України можуть громадяни України, які виїхали до інших держав на постійне місце проживання, що відповідно документально підтверджено українськими дипустановами. Тобто, доводити зараз ваше право перетину кордону працівникам прикордонної служби або оскаржувати їх неправомірність дій марно, краще зорієнтуйтесь на перетині самого кордону, а саме почніть залучатися підтримкою дипломатичних установ, а саме Німецьким посольством в Україні, та Українським посольством в Німеччині. Також узгодьте свій перетин з працівниками ДПС, отримайте від них розяснення Волинський прикордонний загін (кордон з Польщею у межах Волинської області) – тел. (033) 272 09 20. Львівський прикордонний загін (кордон з Польщею у межах Львівської області) – тел. (032) 239 01 23. Чопський прикордонний загін (кордон зі Словаччиною та Угорщиною) – тел. (067) 181 42 67. Мукачівський прикордонний загін (кордон з Угорщиною, Румунією) – тел. (031) 313 82 61.
