А далі скарги на незаконні дії представників «військоматів», пов’язані із процесом мобілізації можуть бути в усній формі викладені на гарячій лінії Міністерства Оборони: 0-800-500-410, 0-800-500-442, 044-454-44-99. Скарги на порушення законодавства під час мобілізації подаються керівнику Центру комплектування та соціальної підтримки (воєнкому). Скарга має містити детальний опис обставин порушення і клопотання про припинення порушення. Увипадку відсутності належної реакції «воєнкома), незаконні дії, що стосуються мобілізації можуть бути оскаржені до адміністративного суду. Для отримання правової допомоги з цього питання необхідно звернутися до адвоката.

01.08.2022 21:08:58 Відповідно до порядку видачі, зберігання та знищення військових квитків осіб рядового, сержантського і старшинського складу Наказ Міністерства оборони України від 10 квітня 2017 року N 206 районні (міські) військові комісаріати (далі - Р(М)ВК) видають військові квитки під час призову або прийняття громадян на військову службу, зарахування в запас, зарахування до військового навчального закладу, звільнення у запас або зняття з військового обліку за станом здоров'я, поновлення військового квитка у разі його втрати або пошкодження. У разі відмови повернення військового квитка, який було від Вас отримано, краще звернутися з письмовим зверненням про видачу документа. А також до гарячої лінії ГШ ЗСУ, або 1545. Якщо військовий квиток раніше Вам не видавався, а на руках лише тимчасове приписне посвідчення - це інакший алгоритм дій. Зверніться будь-ласка зі скаргою у письмовому вигляді до військового комісара військомату, до якого Ви звертались, де викладіть Вашу ситуацію, керуйтесь Законом "Про звернення громадян". Скаргу подавайте через приймальню військомату, щоб вона була обов'язково зареєстрована, або надішліть поштою. (Зразок скарги можете знайти в інтернеті) Дякую.
