Кодекс України про адміністративні правопорушення Постанова ВР "Про право власності на окремі види майна" Наказ МВС "Про затвердження Інструкції про порядок виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, обліку, перевезення та використання вогнепальної, пневматичної, холодної і охолощеної зброї, пристроїв вітчизняного виробництва для відстрілу патронів, споряджених гумовими чи аналогічними за своїми властивостями метальними снарядами несмертельної дії, та патронів до них, а також боєприпасів до зброї, основних частин зброї та вибухових матеріалів" від 21.08.1998 № 622 Постанова КМУ від 7 вересня 1993 року № 706 "Про порядок продажу, придбання, реєстрації, обліку і застосування спеціальних засобів самооборони, заряджених речовинами сльозоточивої та дратівної дії" Наказ МВС від 01.03.2022 року №170 “Про особливості видачі громадянам України дозволу на придбання, зберігання та носіння мисливської зброї та набоїв до неї під час дії воєнного стану
05.05.2022 09:29:16 Доброго дня. Якщо Ви цивільна особа і отримуєте дозвіл на нарізну вогнепальну зброю, значить це зброя мисливська. Проект закону немає жодної юридичної сили і неможе нічого регулювати і ні на кого не розповсюджується. Єдиним чинним в Україні нормативним документом, який регулює обіг зброї, отримання дозволів та визначає правила користування нею є Наказ МВС №622 від 21.08.1998 року.
