Recently, our team was asked a question: “Здравствуйте. У меня отец на первой группе уже находиться на територии Польши с мамой и оформлены там. Могу ли я пересечь границу как человек который ухаживает и помогает отцу? Или я только могу пересечь границу вместе с отцом. У отца нету заграничного паспорта и потому он не может заехать в Украины и обратно в Польшу. Какие документы и условия для пересечения границы в обоих случаях?”

Самостійно перетнути кордон на підставі того, що є батько інвалідом 1-ї групи неможливо. Окремо вказано, що Польща дозволила в'їзд без наявності закордоного паспорта.
