Recently, our team was asked a question: “Вопрос состоит в чем: брался кредит под залог авто, в договоре прописано как доллар так гривна по курсу 26, в какой валюте нужно его гасить и если сумма выданная больше чем стоимость авто может ли займетодатель требовать сумму если ему отдано авто! 07.02.2023 14:45:24 Доброго дня! Потрібно аналізувати кредитний договір. В договорі має бути вказано яку суму ви повинні повернути і у якій валюті
08.02.2023 07:59:23 Тут потрібно аналізувати договір. Кредитодавець має право вимагати тільки ту суму, яка була видана іншій стороні з урахування відсотків або іншим умов, встановлених в договорі. Тому аналіз договору є обов'язковим.
