Recently, our team was asked a question: “Скажите, если моя родственница за рубежом , будет возвращаться не скоро. До своего выезда она подала заявку на получения нового загранпаспорта, но забрать не может физически. Могу ли я это сделать за нее и каким образом? Например, только по доверенности или есть еще какие-то варианты?”
