Військові оглядали документи у пасажирів, і до чоловіків було дуже прискіпливе ставлення і їх вивели до палатки на якусь перевірку. Через 20 хвилин вони повернулись всі з повістками. Чи мають право так робити на блок пості? Що робити чоловіку, якщо попаде в таку ситуацію? Якщо не буде з собою паспорта, чи мають право видати повістку?”

26.04.2024 11:57:00 На блок пості військові мають право перевіряти документи у пасажирів та вимагати пред'явлення їх для перевірки. Якщо чоловіка вивели на додаткову перевірку і видали повістку, то це означає, що у нього були якісь підстави для цього (наприклад, порушення правил перетину блок посту). Якщо чоловік опинився в такій ситуації і не має при собі паспорта, то йому можуть видати повістку або скерувати на додатковий огляд. У такому випадку краще спокійно спростувати будь-які обвинувачення та дотримуватися законних процедур. Якщо у чоловіка є сумніви щодо законності дій вояк на блок посту, то можна звернутися до администрацiї або правоохоронних органiв зi скаргoю. Важливо запам'ятати, що у будь-яких конфлiктних ситуацiях потрiбно залишатися спокiйним i не порушувати громадський порядок.

26.04.2024 13:45:32 Вітаю, видавати повістки на вулиці, у громадських закладах, на блокпості чи в інших місцях – цілком законно, оскільки місце вручення повісток ніяк не регламентоване законодавством, а тому вручити повістку можуть у будь-де.
