Як я можу в рамках закону просити відстрочку після медкомісії на 5-10 днів на повторне обстеження,здачу аналізів (ВІЛ -позитивний)...Підкажіть як діяти....”

На ВЛК зазначте що маєте підстави вважати що у вас може потенційно бути ВІЛ та розгляньте варіант здачі експрес тексту та попросіть отримати направлення в клініку де здають аналізи на ВІЛ. Також ви не позбавлені можливості самостійно прийти в клініку та здати тест якщо у Вас наявні обставини вважати що у вас є ВІЛ. В Україні створені центри анонімної та безкоштовної консультації (0-800-500-451 - Національна лінія телефону довіри з проблеми ВІЛ/СНІД – безкоштовна, постійно діюча телефонна «гаряча лінія» для загального населення), благодійні фонди та волонтерські організації (Міжнародний благодійний фонд «Альянс громадського здоров’я» http://aph.org.ua; Міжнародний благодійний фонд «СНІД Фонд Схід-Захід» http://afew.org.ua/; ), куди можна звернутись щодо діагностики, а також за допомогою та лікуванням.

26.04.2022 12:35:38 Доброго дня. Після проходження ВЛК (військово-лікарська комісія) вже пізно буде просити відстрочку. Якщо за наслідками проведеної комісії Вас визнають придатним до військової служби, одразу ж випишуть мобілізаційне розпорядження і зобов'яжуть у визначений час з'явитися для відправки. Тому, рекомендую всі скарги на стан здоров'я заявляти при проведенні ВЛК і просити направлення на здачу відповідних аналізів в рамках даного обстеження, щоб потім не було пізно і важче довести незадовільний стан здоров'я.
