Доброго Дня скоріше за все ні , зазначене залежить від того, чи дійсний його документ та чи він актуальний, якщо посвідчення безстрокове то зможе, якщо зазначені відомості що він підлягав повторному мед огляду то не зможе. Тому раджу йому уточнити зазначене питання з наявним документом у працівників прикордонної служби зокрема перетелефонувавши їм на гарячу лінію
