Recently, our team was asked a question: “Мой сын, 9лет, инв 2гр, диабет. Муж, 49лет, не родной отец сыну. С мужем есть совместный ребенок, 3года. Родной отец сына не лишен родительских прав. Можно ли нам выехать с мужем и детьми за границу и какие нужны документы? Или можно мужу выехать за границу с моим сыном без меня? Муж работал до войны в Польше. Сейчас мы оба остальсь без работы. Живем на неокупированной територии. Спасибо”

25.03.2022 15:08:17 КМУ постанова від 12 .03.2022 р. № 264 особи з інвалідністю І та ІІ груп, незалежно від віку, можуть перетинати державний кордон України за наявності одного з таких документів: - довідки до акту огляду медико-соціальною експертною комісією, - або посвідчення, яке підтверджує відповідний статус, пенсійного посвідчення чи посвідчення, що підтверджує призначення соціальної допомоги відповідно до ЗУ “Про державну соціальну допомогу особам з інвалідністю з дитинства та дітям з інвалідністю”, “Про державну соц доп особам, які не мають права на пенсію, та особам з інвалідністю”, дозволено перетинати кордон одному із членів сім’ї першого ступеня споріднення, який досяг 18р віку, або іншій особі, яка досягла 18р віку та здійснює догляд відповідно до законодавства.Документом, який підтверджує здійснення догляду в цьому випадку може бути посвідчення, довідка про отримання компенсації (допомоги, надбавки) на догляд
