Орієнтованими документами: свідоцтво про народження дитини (дітей), свідоцтво про реєстрацію шлюбу з матір'ю дитини (дітей); документи, що підтверджують інвалідність, довідки для отримання пільг особами з інвалідністю, які не мають права на пенсію чи соціальну допомогу, за формою, затвердженою Мінсоцполітики); Отримати консультацію з окремих питань перетину кордону можна за телефонами: Волинський прикордонний загін тел. (033) 272 09 20; Львівський прикордонний загін тел. (032) 239 01 23», - йдеться у повідомленні. Консультацію щодо питань перетину кордону зі Словаччиною й Угорщиною тел (067) 181 42 67. 13.05.2022 08:14:48 Если ребенок уже за границей, а Вы нет, то Вас не выпустят, так как могли бы разрешить выезд лишь при сопровождении ребенка-инвалида за гарницу согласно п.2-1 Правил перетинання держ.кордону , затв.пост.КМУ від 27.01.1995 №57 (зі змінами) https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/57-95 перетин державного кордону може здійснюватися особою з інвалідністю I чи II групи - у супроводі одного або обох батьків, на утриманні яких перебуває така особа з інвалідністюто, же самое написано в последних разъяснениях прикорд.служби на их сайте https://dpsu.gov.ua/ua/Peretinannya-derzhavnogo-kordonu-v-umovah-pravovogo-rezhimu-vonnogo-stanu/ для супроводу дітей з інвалідністю для виїзду за межі України може здійснюватися матір’ю та / або батьком

13.05.2022 12:18:40 Доброго дня. Так, Ви маєте право перетнути кордон України на виїзд, оскільки не підлягаєте призову на військову службу під час мобілізації. Однак Вам для цього треба з підтверджуючими інвалідність дитини документами звернутися до центру комплектування МОУ (військомату) за місцем реєстрації для отримання відстрочки від мобілізації та проставлення відповідної відмітки у військовому квитку/його заміннику.
