28.09.2022 15:07:08 Згідно п. 2-1 Правил перетину державного кордону в редакції від 10.09.2022 р. особи, які мають одного із своїх батьків чи батьків дружини (чоловіка) із числа осіб з інвалідністю I чи II групи і супроводжують одного із таких батьків для виїзду за межі України, за наявності документів (їх нотаріально засвідчених копій), що підтверджують родинні зв’язки, інвалідність, а також документів, що підтверджують спільне проживання (їх задеклароване або зареєстроване місце проживання (перебування) збігається із задекларованим або зареєстрованим місцем проживання (перебування) їх батьків чи батьків дружини (чоловіка), або здійснення догляду за своїми батьками чи батьками дружини (чоловіка), що підтверджується актом встановлення факту здійснення догляду за одним із своїх батьків чи батьків дружини (чоловіка), або документів (посвідчення, довідки) про отримання компенсації (допомоги, надбавки) на догляд. Акт встановлення факту здійснення догляду складається на підставі звернення особи з інвалідністю.
