15.03.2022 09:25:54 Ні не можете виїхати за кордон так як військовозобов'язаний у військовий час а зараз воєнний час і ви підлягаєте до мобілізації, так вас можуть призвать. У зв’язку із введенням військового стану в Україні перетин кордону України чоловікам віком від 18 до 60 років – заборонено. Але існують виключення. Дозволяється перетин кордону чоловіками за таких умов: – за наявності посвідчення про відстрочку від призову та повідомлення про зарахування на спеціальний військовий облік; – за наяності висновоку військово-лікарської комісії про непридатність до військової служби; – чоловікам, на утриманні яких перебувають троє і більше дітей віком до 18 років; – чоловікам, які самостійно виховують дитину (дітей) віком до 18 років; – чоловікам, на утриманні яких є дитина з інвалідністю; – чоловікам, які є усиновителями чи опікунами; – чоловікам, чиї близькі родичі загинули або зникли безвісти під час проведення антитерористичної операції.

15.03.2022 09:49:25 Итак, во время войны мужчина от 18 до 60 лет может покидать Украину, если: имеет удостоверение об отсрочке от призыва и уведомление о зачислении на специальный военный учет; имеет заключение военно-врачебной комиссии о непригодности к военной службе; на иждивении у мужчины находятся трое и более детей в возрасте до 18 лет; самостоятельно воспитывает ребенка (детей) в возрасте до 18 лет; на иждивении у мужчины есть ребенок с инвалидностью; является усыновителем, опекуном; близкие родственники мужчины погибли или пропали без вести во время проведения антитеррористической операции. Думаю, что Ваш документ сгодиться.
